Hey Guys! So you might of noticed that I’ve been a little more MIA on social media and if you haven’t noticed I’m telling you.
About 3 and a half weeks ago, something terrible happened to me. Someone broke in to my car and stole so many of my valuables including the camera I shoot all my content with. I have to admit, it’s been pretty rough.
I’m not much of a follower of the shift in our moon, although this terrible occurrence happened right after the shift. Lately a situation I would be put in that would turn out for the better will turn out rather sour. All this started happening to me when someone had mentioned to me there would be a change in the universe either bad or good. I would have to say at this point in time, things have not been too great.
Apparently, last night, the moon was a supermoon which means it was the closest, brightest and largest since 68 years ago and as of today the next time we’ll get to see that moon will be in 2034. So I hope you took a good look at it. I did and it was surreal, so bright and large. I also took the liberty in sharing my deepest wishes sorta like wishing upon a star. I’ll let you know if I end up seeing a change in my luck.
This look was captured earlier this month. There’s not much I can say about it a side from it being one of my favourite looks ever. I was able to put together a pair of boyfriend jeans and sweatshirt without it looking inappropriate or unprofessional. When pairing more slouchy pieces together the trick is to add a more structured piece in the mix. In this look, that piece was the leather jacket. Finally, the espadrilles gave everything more of a feminine touch with their floral print and platform wedge.
A good pair of jeans can go a long way. By that I mean, get yourself a pair of boyfriend jeans that will take you that extra mile. Make sure the rips are in the right places (cough cough knees only) and the dye must be on point (not too pale and not too dark, right in the middle like the ones I’m sporting). Try to avoid thigh fades like the ones I have on my jeans. If you can find yourself a monotone pair of jeans, you’ve hit jackpot. If not a little fading never hurt nobody and in this instance I actually really dig it.
